Important Additional Information for Llwyn yr Eos Parents/Guardians.
Key points
- Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos will be closed for face to face teaching until at least 18th January, 2021. This decision will be kept under constant review by the Welsh Government, and we will inform you of any changes to that possible re-opening date.
- Resource Bases (Pili Pala, Enfys, Alc1 and Alc2) will remain open at the present time.
- The school will be open to provide childcare for frontline workers (please see below).
- No breakfast club/lunches for children attending – families will need to provide packed lunches.
Childcare
Please find enclosed links for registering your child at the school for the 11th to the 15th of January if you are a frontline worker. Parents/carers should have considered all possible options before making an application for this provision.

Distance Learning
Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos will provide distance learning for your child from Wednesday, 6th January, 2021 and until schools are re-opened for face-to-face learning. Your class teacher will contact you directly to explain those arrangements.
Work Packs
Work packs will be available for you to pick up for your child at the school from this Friday the 8th January. A member of staff will be available at your child’s drop off/pick up point at 9.00-9.15am or 3.00-3.15pm.
