Ysgol Llwyn-yr-Eos<\/h2><\/div>\n\"\"<\/a>Welcome to our school website. Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos is a large community primary school catering for children aged 3-11 years. Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos is situated in Penparcau on the outskirts of the beautiful coastal town of Aberystwyth.<\/p>\n

Croeso i'n gwefan ysgol. Mae Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos yn ysgol gynradd gymunedol fawr sy'n darparu ar gyfer plant 3-11 oed wedi ei lleoli ym Mhenparcau ar gyrion tref arfordirol hardd Aberystwyth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our school is an integral part of our community and through parental partnership we promote an environment which enables our pupils to be confident and happy. Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos is at the heart of a children\u2019s campus. We aim to support children and their families by providing an integrated and co-ordinated service alongside Ffrindiau Bach Yr Eos Nursery, Flying Start, Family Centre, and RAY Ceredigion.<\/p>\n

Mae ein hysgol yn rhan annatod o'n cymuned a thrwy bartneriaeth rhieni rydym yn hyrwyddo amgylchedd sy'n galluogi ein disgyblion i fod yn hyderus ac yn hapus. Mae Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos wrth galon campws plant. Ein nod yw cefnogi plant a'u teuluoedd trwy ddarparu gwasanaeth integredig a chydlynol ochr yn ochr \u00e2 Meithrinfa Ffrindiau Bach yr Eos, Dechrau'n Deg, Canolfan Deuluol a RAY Ceredigion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos is a mainstream primary school that adheres to the academic and pastoral needs of every pupil. Our education is delivered on two separate sites underneath the leadership and guidance of Head teacher Mr Brian Evans. As well as providing high quality mainstream provision, the school also has 4 specialist resource bases on site providing the highest quality of learning to children with autism, profound multiple learning disorders<\/a> and speech and language communication difficulties<\/a>. Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos is also proud to have a pastoral and well-being centre<\/a> on site.<\/p>\n

Mae Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos yn ysgol gynradd brif ffrwd sy'n cadw at anghenion academaidd a bugeiliol pob disgybl. Cyflwynir ein haddysg ar ddau safle ar wah\u00e2n o dan arweiniad a chyfarwyddyd y Pennaeth Mr Brian Evans. Yn ogystal \u00e2 darparu darpariaeth prif ffrwd o ansawdd uchel, mae gan yr ysgol hefyd 4 canolfan adnoddau arbenigol ar y safle sy'n darparu'r ansawdd dysgu gorau i blant ag awtistiaeth, anhwylderau dysgu lluosog<\/a> dwys ac anawsterau lleferydd iaith<\/a> a chyfathrebu<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are extremely proud of what the pupils achieve at the school and through our school moto 'Opportunity,Responsibility,Community', individuals are valued and achievements celebrated within a lively, innovative and holistic curriculum. Throughout pupils time at the school we have their well-being central to all our decisions and we are keen to work with parents\/carers to motivate an excellent primary education in a happy, healthy environment.<\/p>\n

Rydym yn hynod falch o'r hyn y mae'r disgyblion yn ei gyflawni yn yr ysgol a thrwy arwyddair ein hysgol\u00a0 'Cyfle, Cyfrifoldeb, Cymuned', mae unigolion yn cael eu gwerthfawrogi, ac mae cyflawniadau yn cael eu dathlu o fewn cwricwlwm bywiog, arloesol a chyfannol.
