Dear Parent/Guardian,
I’m certain that you will have heard by now of the decision made by Welsh Government today to close schools due to the Coronavirus. We will remain open until 3.15pm on Friday 20th March. The Government will constantly review the situation and we will remain in regular contact with you through our Facebook page /school website as more information is issued to us.
The Education Minister issued the following statement today:
In the meantime, we have prepared learning resources for your child which will be distributed on Friday.
Ceredigion County Council has also provided a page on their website with information on useful websites and apps:
The Council is already making arrangements for parents who work in the emergency services, care homes or domicillary care to register their childcare needs.
Free childcare will be made available for these groups of parents at various locations througout the County.
A reminder that we have also re-opened the school Facebook page where you can find information.
We are working on ways that parents/guardians will be able to continue to communicate with school and will inform you of these developments as soon as they have been arranged.
