Dear Parents/Guardians,
The school & community Christmas Fayre is fast approaching.
This will be an excellent opportunity to bring our school and community together and get into the Christmas spirit together on Tuesday the 20th of December.
Key points:
- Please collect your child as normal from the school.
- It would be fantastic to see you all at the main entrance of the school (juniors) by 3:15pm that afternoon. We will have market stalls set up selling handmade products pupils and staff have been busy creating to sell on the evening. These products are for sale at excellent prices, and they will certainly brighten up your homes for Christmas.
- Entertainment will be supplied by the school choir and there will be an opportunity for all children to sing together throughout the evening.
- There will be hotdogs available to purchase as well as, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and mulled wine for the grownups!
- Santa will be here as well as everyone at the school is on the ‘Nice List’ this year.
- At around about 4:30 pm we will walk along the underpass towards the Penparcau Community Hub. Here the choir will entertain again with some more festive songs.
- There will then be an opportunity for you to continue with your last-minute shopping as there will be a variety of stalls set up by local businesses.
- The Penparcau Community Hub will also be putting on a disco for the children to attend that evening.
We really hope to make this a big community event for Penparcau and we would be thrilled if you could support us in making this Christmas Fayre a massive success.
